Reflection
We will be posting tips on how to reflect throughout your experience. Please read these carefully as you are expected to reflect deeply on the questions being asked of you. Instead of superficial journaling which only reports events that have occurred, we expect you to reflect on what you are learning, how you are learning it, and why it is important to your studies and to your future career.Reflection tip #1: Reflection is an exploration and explanation of events, not just a description of them. Be genuine in your reflections by revealing your anxieties, errors/weaknesses, as well as your strengths and successes. When you are genuine, make sure you also demonstrate an understanding of the possible causes for your feelings as well as how you plan to improve.
